Training – PAID TRAINING $700.00 PER WEEK or more is provided for 6 weeks from start of employment, depending on experience. 

Commission– Commissions will be paid 6% upon contract acceptance and 4% upon completion of job.

Support – Get top level support to make you the regions top sales person.

Responsibilities

  • To hit set goals and keep the closing rate above 40%, also to treat every customer like family.
  • Sales Consultant should be able to erect and 32’ ladder and access the roof to take pictures, measurements and diagnose roof issues
  • Goals – Setting and obtaining goals for personal and professional growth for success. Reviewing goals on a daily basis.
  • Meetings – Attend Sales Meetings and Company Meetings.
  • Availability – Be available to make sales calls at times required which includes early evenings and Saturdays.
  • Work Performed:
  • Working Hours – The Sales Consultant will attend training and meetings at the prescribed time. Lateness or absence from meetings without an approved excuse will be cause for dismissal. The Sales Consultant should be available to attend and conduct sales calls with the buying party that may occur during the day, early evening and Saturdays.
  • Sales Presentations – The Sales Consultant is responsible for conducting a professional in-person and/or Zoom sales presentation to the complete buying party. (All decision makers will be there)

Education Requirements

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience Requirements

  • Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
