Complete roof replacement
The team at Maggio were fantastic! They performed a complete removal of 100 years of existing roofing on my old row house, replaced some rotted structure, insulated and installed a new roof. The project was seamless and the crew was very professional.

Maggio did a terrific job with my total roof replacement. They explained the process fully, were pleasant and responsive, and even did a good job cleaning up after the job was done. They also installed a new skylight for me, which I love! Maggio is on the high end, price-wise, but they really came through.

Great work on the type of roof we had.
Maggio Roofing was recommended to us by another roofing company because of the type of roof we had. Steve Zimmerman from the company came out, took a look at our roof and was very knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of the different roofing materials and what work best for the type of roof we had. We did have other companies come but non of them seemed to be as knowledgeable . We decided Maggio's would be our best choice. The men showed up on time everyday and stayed on the job every day and always cleaned up. They did an excellent job and the foreman Antonio was always there and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend this company.

Competence, Friendliness & Timeliness
Maggio Roofing did two projects for me in the last year. They installed a new skylight in my bathroon ceiling and recently replaced the roof on my back porch. Both jobs were done in a totally professional & timely manner.Their customer service is excellent.
Great service, great process
Excellent. After having two roofers come out, promise quotes, and come back a month later with highly inflated numbers, Maggio was a refreshing surprise. We got a quote bound in a book with pictures, and the work was done perfectly for a reasonable cost. Would happily use them again.
