Treated our Home as if it Was Their Own

We’ve now worked with Maggio Roofing and their outstanding team three times as we’ve addressed issues with our late 1800’s home and carriage house. I know we’ll call them again…we’re not quite done yet! Challenges ranged from addressing our leaking, tiled mansard and turret, reworking a rotted and sagging built in gutter, replacing ill-installed coping with copper, and replacing our flat carriage house roof after damage from a large fallen limb. Each time our experience was outstanding as we worked with their full team of professionals including Catherine, Bily, Josh, Edgar, and of course Antonio, our on-site project manager and his team of professionals. They graciously and clearly answered all of our questions for each job. Their input was particularly valuable as we worked through historical review board processes (yes, we live in Georgetown with not just 1 but 2 boards!). A Second Superior Job

After one excellent experience, with work done by Maggio Roofing, I decided to hire them for a second project. That project involved the installation of slate shingles, on the back wall of my 3rd floor, which is only one third the length of the floor beneath it. This job was completed with the care and precision of a professional and experienced team. Thank you Antonio Moscoso, for your suggestions and diligence in managing this project. Trusted Roofing Company

This is the third project Maggio’s has done for us, the first two being minor repairs which have not been any trouble since they did this work. We decided to have the remaining portions replaced with a new Fibertite roofing system. The process of explaining how the work would be performed was excellent. The repair work better than expected. We are totally satisfied with this repair. Would DEFINITELY recommend Maggios to anyone who needs roofing service.

Professional and knowledgeable

I've been a Maggio customer at three different DC area houses. Each one had its own roofing-related quirks and issues. Maggio provided excellent service at each of my homes and shared extensive details about what work was needed, and why. Church Roof

We had to get our Church roof replaced and Maggio's did an amazing job. Their communication skills were magnificent. They always returned phone calls and e-mails promptly. Their craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. I was so impressed with our roof I took pictures of it for our parishioners. They were a delight to work with and they truly take pride in their work. I would recommend this firm to any Church that needed a flat roof replaced.

Very professional job

Maggio Roofing did a great job for our complicated project. Steve helped us figure out an affordable solution to refurbish the original roof on our historic home. Maggio Roofing provides exceptional, the highest quality work and workmanship. The crew leader and crew members were professional, knowledgeable, conscientious and highly skilled. Each day the crew leader provided updates on what they were going to accomplish that day. At the end of the day a progress report was provided. If there were weather issues they called early in the morning to indicate that they were not coming due to the weather. The price quotes contained in the contract were precise; the overall cost was very reasonable; and overall ratification exceeds 5 Stars. You cannot go wrong with Maggio Roofing whatever your roofing needs might be.
