Green Roof

We have wanted a green roof on our garage for 15 years. We called Maggio and they led the effort; building the roof and finding all the right experts to get the plants installed. Very good experience! We’ve had some major work done the past few years: entire first floor remodel, screening in two porches, brick repointing, and the roof. Too bad Maggio only does roofs! The initial consult w/Steve Z was lengthy, but detailed. And he didn’t hesitate to climb up in the attic and see the problems close up with his own eyes. He also was available after business hours, so we didn’t have to take time off work. The project went smoothly, and Steve kept checking in. Their prices were higher than other companies, but the customer service and quality was worth it!

Roof estimate

I feel that the representative that worked with us on our estimate was excellent. He was professional and easy to talk to. He was informative and very knowledgeable. He worked directly with our insurance company and stayed in touch and really took time to explain every detail with us. Would definitely recommend.

Maggio Roofing is knowledgable about their. product, they employ dependable craftsmen to do the work, and their front office is professional in their business practices. Their work runs on the pricey side but if you want the job done right and you want it done once--hire Maggio.

Complete roof replacement

The team at Maggio were fantastic! They performed a complete removal of 100 years of existing roofing on my old row house, replaced some rotted structure, insulated and installed a new roof. The project was seamless and the crew was very professional.

Maggio did a terrific job with my total roof replacement. They explained the process fully, were pleasant and responsive, and even did a good job cleaning up after the job was done. They also installed a new skylight for me, which I love! Maggio is on the high end, price-wise, but they really came through.
